PSILOCYBIN RETREATS AT MEXISOUL
“The psilocybin experience has the potential to reveal the interconnectedness of all things and dissolve the illusion of separateness.” — Stanislav Grof
Psilocybin is a plant medicine found in certain mushrooms that can be profoundly powerful when used in a ceremonial setting, inviting connection with consciousness, nature, and the world around us. Ceremonies are held during the day and guided by a female facilitator. The environment is light and open, and the retreat incorporates meditation, movement, and music to support the process.
Each experience is unique—offering moments of insight, emotional release, and deep connection—and our team is there to support you every step of the way, creating a safe and loving space to help you navigate whatever arises.
FLOW OF THE RETREAT
Learn more about the overall Psilocybin retreat experience in these seven parts.
Your Journey Begins
The start of the retreat is designed to help you feel safe, welcomed, and at ease. It’s a time to arrive fully—settling into the rhythm of the land, exploring the Finca, and connecting with the space, the team, and your fellow guests. These first moments lay the foundation for the journey ahead.
An Introduction
Here you’ll begin to explore the tools that will shape your journey—the space, the support, the medicine, and the process. Meet the staff and learn about the mushrooms from our medicine woman, who shares her wisdom with love and care. Everything is presented with choice and intention—this is your experience, and everything is optional. This introduction begins with the first sacred medicine—Hapé.
The Ceremonies
The heart of your retreat, where you’ll journey inward through powerful psilocybin ceremonies—guided by a medicine woman with presence, care, and a deeply loving energy. Each ceremony offers a safe space to explore your inner world and gently let go of what no longer serves you. With steady support throughout, the medicine helps you reconnect and remember who you are.
Your Options
We understand that everyone is different—in their needs, sensitivities, and the types and amounts of medicine that resonate with them. During the retreat, you’ll work primarily with psilocybin mushrooms and be introduced to the plant medicine Satori. You’ll be supported in choosing your medicine, dose, and whether to include an MAOI to deepen the experience. Each option is offered with care and guidance.
The Support
We understand how important the support and setting are in a plant medicine journey. That begins with the sense of peace and safety you’ll feel the moment you arrive. You’re held throughout by a compassionate team and a medicine woman who leads with care and intuition. With a high staff-to-guest ratio, someone is always available to hold space for whatever you may be experiencing.
The Experiences
Flowing through the retreat are grounding experiences that support and balance the expansive inner work of the ceremonies. Equestrian constellations offer insight into the self and the interconnectedness of all things. Yoga, meditation, and body movement create space for connection, expression, and joy. While the medicine lifts you into expanded states of awareness, these moments help you return to your body, stay present, and begin to carry the insights into everyday life.
Integration
Taking the lessons and insights from ceremony and bringing them into your life is one of the most meaningful parts of the journey. From the beginning, integration is gently supported through group sharing, personal reflection, and one-on-one guidance. This is where insights begin to take root, and your experience starts to unfold in a deeper way. What begins here becomes a lasting part of your life, offering tools to stay connected long after the retreat ends.
